Notice is hereby given that Nysa International Ltd of 4th Floor, 15-19 Great Titchfield Street, W1W 8AZ has applied to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the GRANT of a premises licence to sell alcohol to the public. To operate between 1000 and 2100 Monday to Saturday and 1000 to 1700 on Sundays this will be for off-site consumption only.
There will be small ticketed tasting events that may run beyond store opening hours, but for the benefit of customers. This application is for Nysa Wine and Spirits Shop the premises situated at 186 Fulham Road, Kensington, SW10 9PN.

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 31/08/2018
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
