KNOWSLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL (HALL LANE AND PENNY LANE, CRONTON VILLAGE) (20MPH SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 20188 Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 84 (1) & 92) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 made the above Order on the 8th March 2018, the effect of which when it comes into force on 8th March 2018 will be to restrict the speed of vehicles to 20 miles per hour or less on the roads detailed in the Schedule of this Notice. Full details of the proposals are contained within the Order, which together with a map showing the affected areas and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be examined during usual office hours at the Reception Desks at the Council’s One Stop Shops at The Kirkby Centre, Norwich Way, Kirkby; Aspinall Street, Prescot; Roseheath Drive, Halewood and Archway Road, Huyton. This notice, order, plan and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may also be viewed on the Council’s website; www.knowsley.gov.uk/consultations. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained within it, on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in making the Order, you may within six weeks from the 13th March 2018 to apply for that purpose to the High Court. SCHEDULE Hall Lane – from a point 25 metres north of its junction with Penny lane to a point 75 metres north of its junction with Penny Lane.
