MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED) ORDER NO. MCC0002721 Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s): (MCC2,721)The City of Manchester (ST JOHN STREET, CITY CENTRE)(Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2017. The effect of the Order is to prohibit traffic on ST JOHN STREET From Deansgate to Longworth Street. Diversions Deansgate Camp Street and Longworth Street. Deansgate Quay Street Byrom Street, Camp Street and Longworth Street. The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate crane on highway works. It is expected that the works will be in progress between 05-November-2017 and 12-November-2017, Sundays only. The order came into operation on the 05-November-2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
