GORCHMYNION TRAFFIG NEWYDD AR GYFER DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, ar 19 Mai 2017, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Nodir teitlau’r Gorchymyn yn yr Atodlen honno hefyd. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 19 Mai 2017 ac mae copïau o’r Gorchymyn, ynghyd â chynlluniau yn dangos yr ardaloedd yr effeithir arnynt, ar gael yn y cyfeiriad a nodir isod, lle gellir eu harchwilio rhwng 9.00 a.m. ac 1.00 p.m. a rhwng 2.00 p.m. a 5:00 p.m. o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Os ydych am gwestiynu darpariaethau neu ddilysrwydd y Gorchymyn ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed dan y Ddeddf, mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, gallwch, o fewn chwe wythnos o 19 Mai 2017 wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwnnw. ATODLEN Bydd GORCHYMYN DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD (GWAHARDD GYRRU) (OXFORD LANE) (DIWYGIAD) 2017 yn diwygio’r cyfyngiad presennol ar Oxford Lane drwy:- i. Ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir De Morgannwg (Wordsworth Avenue/Oxford Lane/Heol Casnewydd, Caerdydd) (Gwahardd Gyrru) 1989 fel y’i cydgrynhowyd gan Orchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gorfodi Traffig sy’n Symud) (Trosiad) 2015 (Atodlen 1 – Un Ffordd) fel yr amlinellir isod: Un ffordd i’w ddarllen i olygu ‘CERBYDAU MODUR YN UNIG’ (Eithriad ar gyfer beiciau) ‘O’r gyffordd â Wordsworth Avenue i’r gyffordd ag Oxford Street (tua’r de-orllewin)’ Colofn 2 Gorchymyn 1989 i’w diwygio fel a ganlyn: ‘neu ganiatáu i unrhyw Gerbyd’ i’w ddiwygio i ‘neu ganiatáu i unrhyw Gerbyd Modur’ Bydd GORCHYMYN CYNGOR SIR DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD (FFORDD Y BRENIN, CAERDYDD) (GWAHARDD AROS) 2017 yn atal eich cerbyd rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir isod. Ffordd y Brenin Ar ochr y gogledd O bwynt 42 metr i’r gorllewin o’r gyffordd â King’s Avenue am 22.5 metr i’r gorllewin a’r gogledd-orllewin Dyddiedig 19 Mai 2017 Davina Fiore – Cyfarwyddwr Llywodraethiant a Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Ystafell 410, Neuadd y Sir, Glanfa’r Iwerydd, Caerdydd CF10 4UW NEW TRAFFIC ORDERS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF Notice is hereby given that on the 19th May 2017 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 as amended and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010, and of all other enabling powers made an Order the general effect of which is to impose traffic restrictions in the lengths of road set out in the Schedule below. The titles of the Orders are also described in the said Schedule. The Orders will come into operation on the 19th May 2017 and copies of the Order and plans showing the affected areas are available at the address shown below, where they may be examined between the hours of 9.00 a.m.-1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. If you wish to question the Order’s provisions or validity on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied within in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the 19th May 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose. SCHEDULE THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) (OXFORD LANE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017 will amend the current restriction on Oxford Lane by:- i. Amending The County Council of South Glamorgan (Wordsworth Avenue/ Oxford Lane/ Newport Road, Cardiff) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 1989 as consolidated by The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Moving Traffic Enforcement) (Conversion) Order 2015 (Schedule 1 – One Way) as outlined below: One way is to be read as ‘MOTOR VEHICLES ONLY’ (Exemption for pedal cycles) ‘From its junction with Wordsworth Avenue to its junction with Oxford Street (in a south west direction)’ Column 2 of the 1989 Order to be amended as follows: “or permit any Vehicle’ to be amended to ‘or permit any Motor Vehicle’ THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (KING’S ROAD, CARDIFF) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017 will prevent your vehicle from waiting at any time along the lengths of road set out below King’s Road On its north side From a point 42 metres west of its junction with King’s Avenue for a distance of 22.5 metres west and north west Dated 19th May 2017 Davina Fiore – Director of Governance and Legal Servcies Legal Services, Room 410, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW TM Ref: 225216047-01
