GORCHMYNION TRAFFIG NEWYDD AR GYFER DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, ar 19 Mai 2017 wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd a Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Lonydd Bysus a Thraffig Symudol (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2014 a’r holl bwerau gorfodi eraill, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Nodir teitlau’r Gorchymyn yn yr Atodlen honno hefyd. Bydd dim mwy na 3 o drwyddedau yn cael eu cyflwyno i bob eiddo (bydd un yn Drwydded i Ymwelwyr) a bydd pris trwyddedau o’r fath yn unol â Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Mannau Parcio Ar y Stryd) (Prisiau) 1999. Maent fel a ganlyn ar hyn o bryd:- Cais am Drwydded fesul Cyfeiriad fesul Blwyddyn Ariannol - Pris a Godir am bob trwydded 1af - £7.50 2il - £30.00 Ymwelydd - £30.00 Ymwelydd yn unig (dim trwydded arall) - £7.50 Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 19 Mai 2017 ac mae copïau o’r Gorchymyn, ynghyd â chynlluniau yn dangos yr ardaloedd yr effeithir arnynt, ar gael yn y cyfeiriad a nodir isod, lle gellir eu harchwilio rhwng 9.00 a.m. ac 1.00 p.m. a rhwng 2.00 p.m. a 5:00 p.m. o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Os ydych am gwestiynu darpariaethau neu ddilysrwydd y Gorchymyn ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed dan y Ddeddf, mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, gallwch, o fewn chwe wythnos o 19 Mai 2017 wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwnnw. ATODLEN Mae GORCHYMYN CYNGOR DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD (CROFTS STREET / ROSE STREET, CAERDYDD) (GWAHARDD AROS) 2017 yn cynnig eich atal rhag gadael eich cerbyd ar unrhyw adeg ar hyd y rhannau o ffordd a amlinellir isod Crofts Street Ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin O bwynt 7 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Rose Street i bwynt 7 metr i’r de-orllewin o’r un gyffordd. Rose Street Ar y ddwy ochr O’r gyffordd â Crofts Street am 10 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin Mae GORCHYMYN CYNGOR DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD (CROFTS STREET, CAERDYDD) (LLEFYDD PARCIO I BRESWYLWYR) 2017 yn cynnig diwygio’r cyfyngiadau presennol mewn perthynas â Crofts Street a sefydlu Llefydd Parcio i Breswylwyr (rhwng 8.00am a 10.00pm bob dydd) ar hyd Crofts Street fel y nodir isod. Crofts Street Ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin O bwynt 7 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Rose Street am 26 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain Dyddiedig 19 Mai 2017 Davina Fiore – Cyfarwyddwr Llywodraethiant a Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Ystafell 410, Neuadd y Sir, Glanfa’r Iwerydd, Caerdydd CF10 4UW NEW TRAFFIC ORDERS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF Notice is hereby given that on the 19th May 2017 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 as amended and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013, The Civil Enforcement of Bus Lanes and Moving Traffic Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2014 and of all other enabling powers made an Order the general effect of which is to impose traffic restrictions in the lengths of road set out in the Schedule below. The titles of the Orders are also described in the said Schedule. No more than 3 permits will be issued per property (one of which being a Visitor Permit) and the cost of such permits will be in accordance with the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (On Street Parking Places) (Charges) Order 1999 which are for the time being:- Permit Application per Address per Financial Year - Fee Charged per permit issued 1st - £7.50 2nd - £30.00 Visitor - £30.00 Visitor Only (no other permit) - £7.50 The Orders will come into operation on the 19th May 2017 and copies of the Order and plans showing the affected areas are available at the address shown below, where they may be examined between the hours of 9.00 a.m.-1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. If you wish to question the Order’s provisions or validity on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied within in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the 19th May 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose. SCHEDULE THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (CROFTS STREET/ ROSE STREET, CARDIFF) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017 will prevent you from leaving your vehicle at any time along the lengths of road outlined below Crofts Street On its north west side From a point 7 metres north east of its junction with Rose Street to a point 7 metres south west of the same junction Rose Street On both sides From its junction with Crofts Street for a distance of 10 metres north west THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (CROFTS STREET, CARDIFF) (RESIDENT’S PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2017 will amend the existing restrictions in relation to Crofts Street and establish Residents Parking Places (between the hours of 8.00am. and 10.00pm. daily) in Crofts Street as outlined below/ Crofts Street On its north west side From a point 7 metres north east of its junction with Rose Street for a distance of 26 metres north east Dated 19th May 2017 Davina Fiore – Director of Governance and Legal Servcies Legal Services, Room 410, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW TM Ref: 225216169-01
