NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in
exercise of its powers under section 16A of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be
to temporarily introduce a road closure and suspend parking in that
length of Avon Street, Bath from its junction with James Street
West, along the whole of Kingsmead Square to its junction with
New Street. Access will be maintained at all times for Kingsmead
Square Festive Street Food Market traders and business deliveries
will be granted access between the times of 08:00am and
10:00am only on a market day.
The order is required to facilitate the holding of The Kingsmead Square
Festive Street Food Market to be held between the times of 07:00am
to 11.59pm on the following dates only: 24th & 25th November 2017,
1st & 2nd December 2017, 8th & 9th December 2017

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in
exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be
to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Langridge
Lane, Langridge, extending from its junction with Lansdown Road
to its junction with Tadwick Lane/Langridge Lane.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to
be executed on or near the road to facilitate drainage works in the
carriageway by Bath and North East Somerset Council and will be
operative from 13th November 2017 for a maximum period of
3 weeks. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs
are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period
but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is
anticipated to be for a period of TWO WEEKS.

Lansdown Road – Charlcombe Lane – Wooley Lane – High Street,
Wooley – Tadwick Lane and vice versa.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in
exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which
will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of
Brock Street, closure extents from the junction of Upper
Church Street to The Circus junction on Brock Street,
a distance of approximately 155 metres.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to
be executed on or near the road to facilitate the replacement of a
communication pipe relay in the carriageway by Wessex Water and
will be operative on the 27th November 2017 for a maximum
period of one week. The road will only be restricted as and when
traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole
of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the
works. This is anticipated to be for a period of THREE DAYS.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Bath and North East Somerset Council
in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which
will be to temporarily:
a) close to vehicles that length of Devonshire Buildings, Bath,
from outside number 10 to outside number 21, a distance of
approximately 105 metres in a north easterly direction;
b) suspend parking in that length of Devonshire Buildings, Bath,
from outside number 7 to outside number 10, a distance of
approximately 30 metres along the western kerbline.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to
be executed on or near the road consequent upon the repair of a
domestic water leak by Wessex Water and will be operative from
the 30th November 2017 for a maximum period of two weeks.
However, the restrictions may not be effected for the whole of the
period but it is anticipated that the road will be restricted as and
when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is
necessary to execute the works which it is anticipated will be for
FIVE DAYS. Access will remain for residents where possible.
