TEMPORARY PARKING & TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
VARIOUS ROADS (KINGSLEY TERRACE), COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will prohibit waiting, loading and unloading, entering or proceeding of any vehicle on the entire lengths of road specified in The Schedule below when prescribed signs are displayed.
The roads will be closed or restricted on a number of occasions for the various durations. The Order will come into effect at 07:00 hours on Friday 14th April 2023 and is required for footway reconstruction and associated works to be undertaken safely.
Diversion routes will be sign posted where appropriate and access to premises maintained wherever possible except when works is directly in front of a property. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is envisaged that the works will be completed by 31st March 2024.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of said works;
(b) emergency service vehicles;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will prohibit waiting, loading and unloading, entering or proceeding of any vehicle on the entire lengths of road specified in The Schedule below when prescribed signs are displayed.
The roads will be closed or restricted on a number of occasions for the various durations. The Order will come into effect at 07:00 hours on Monday 17th April 2023 and is required for traffic safety scheme and associated works to be undertaken safely.
Diversion routes will be sign posted where appropriate and access to premises maintained wherever possible except when works is directly in front of a property. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is envisaged that the works will be completed by 30th June 2023.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of said works;
(b) emergency service vehicles;

Little Park Street, Salt Lane, Bayley Lane
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS BERWYN AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Berwyn Avenue for approximately 20 metres from either side of house number 19.
The Order will come into effect from 07.00 hours on Thursday 20th April 2023 and is required for water utility repair works to take place safely
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 17.00 hours on Thursday 20th April 2023.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Berwyn Avenue
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS BURLINGTON ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Burlington Road between its junctions of Hammond Road and Swan Lane.
The Order would come into effect from 08.00 hours on Monday 24th April 2023 and is required for water network utility repair works to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18.00 hours on Thursday 4th May 2023.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Burlington Road.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS ASTHILL GROVE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding Asthill Grove for approximately 40 metres in a northern direction from its junction with Adare Drive.
The Order would come into effect from 08.00 hours on Thursday 27th April 2023 and is required for water network utility maintenance works to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 16.00 hours on Thursday 27th April 2023.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Asthill Grove.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Earl Street in both directions from its junction with Much Park Street for 2 metres.
The Order would come into effect from 08.00 hours on Sunday 23rd April 2023 and is required for water mains works to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 12.00 hours on Sunday 23rd April 2023.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works

The roads would be closed or restricted on a number of occasions for the various durations. The Order would come into effect at 07:00 hours on Friday 21st April 2023 and is required for pot hole repairs and associated works to be undertaken safely.
Diversion routes would be sign posted where appropriate and access to premises maintained wherever possible except when works is directly in front of a property.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is envisaged that the works would be completed by 3rd May 2023.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of said works;

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Coventry, in exercise of their powers under section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) intends to grant a lease of land forming part of Allesley Park, Allesley Hall Drive, Coventry CV5 9AD
